These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "you", "your") and z7come ("Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the z7come online gaming platform available at https://z7come.cam and any associated services, applications or content provided therein.

Each individual may hold only one registered Account on the Platform. Multiple accounts held by the same person — whether in the same name or under different identities — may be closed without notice and any associated funds may be subject to forfeiture pending review.
You must provide truthful, accurate and complete information at registration and during any KYC process. Providing false or misleading information is a material breach of these Terms and grounds for immediate Account closure and forfeiture of any Balance.
To use the full features of z7come, you must complete the registration process, which includes providing a valid email address or mobile phone number, creating a secure password and agreeing to these Terms. You may be required to provide additional information to satisfy KYC requirements before certain features — particularly withdrawals — are activated.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your credentials with any third party. z7come will never request your password via email, live chat or any other channel. Any activity carried out using your Account credentials will be deemed to have been carried out by you unless you have previously reported a suspected security breach to our support team.
If you become aware of or suspect any unauthorized use of your Account, you must notify z7come support immediately via the platform's Live Chat or Help Center. We reserve the right to suspend your Account pending investigation of any suspicious activity.
Subject to these Terms, z7come grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This licence does not include any right to resell or commercially exploit the Platform or its content.
You agree to use the Platform only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe the rights of others. Specifically, you must not:

Market availability, odds and in-play functionality may vary based on scheduling, third-party data providers and technical conditions. z7come does not guarantee the continuous availability of any specific market.
All casino games, live dealer tables and instant titles available on the Platform operate according to their respective game rules and published return-to-player (RTP) figures where displayed. In the event of a technical malfunction during any game, z7come reserves the right to void affected wagers and return stakes. No compensation is payable for potential winnings in the event of a malfunction.
Deposits are accepted subject to the payment methods made available in the live cashier at the time of the transaction. Bonuses and promotional offers made available on the z7come platform are subject to the specific terms of each individual promotion, which take precedence over these general Terms to the extent of any inconsistency. Bonus Funds are subject to wagering requirements, which specify the total amount that must be wagered before Bonus Funds — and any winnings derived from them — can be withdrawn as Real-Money Funds. z7come reserves the right to withhold, forfeit or reclaim any bonus and associated winnings where it has reasonable grounds to believe that:

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the z7come platform:
z7come reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account found to be in breach of these prohibitions, to void any wagers placed in contravention and to report suspected financial crimes to relevant authorities in accordance with applicable law.
All content on the z7come platform — including but not limited to software, visual design, graphics, text, data, game logic, sports odds data and the z7come brand name and logo — is the intellectual property of z7come or its respective licensors. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right, title or licence to any intellectual property beyond the limited personal use licence described in Section 5.1.
You must not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, adapt, create derivative works from, publicly display or otherwise exploit any part of the Platform's content for any purpose without the prior written consent of z7come.
z7come endeavours to maintain continuous availability of the Platform but does not warrant or guarantee that access will be uninterrupted, error-free or free from technical disruptions. Scheduled maintenance, third-party outages and force-majeure events may affect availability.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, z7come shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform, including loss of profits, loss of data or loss of opportunity — even if z7come has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
You acknowledge that gambling involves financial risk and that z7come makes no representation regarding the likelihood of winning or the suitability of the Platform for your financial circumstances. All wagering decisions are made at your sole risk.

You may request closure of your Account at any time by contacting support via Live Chat or the Help Center. Account closure requests will be processed after any pending wagers have been settled and any outstanding withdrawal requests have been completed.
z7come reserves the right to suspend or permanently close your Account, with or without prior notice, where:
Upon Account closure, any Real-Money Balance (net of any Bonus Funds and winnings subject to unmet wagering requirements) will be returned to you via a withdrawal to a verified payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC or AML review. Continued use of the Platform following notification of amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to any amendment, you must stop using the Platform and may request Account closure as described in Section 13.1.
